You may use our website and authorized game builds for personal entertainment. Please do not misuse our services, interfere with their operation or distribute harmful content through support channels. Our artwork, branding and game code are not licensed for redistribution by access to this website.
A game in development
Tiny Chocolate Factory is currently in development for Android. Features and balancing may change. There is no public Google Play download link yet. Website illustrations are promotional or interactive artwork and may differ from the game.
Virtual rewards
Factory cash, chocolates and upgrades are game items, not money or financial products. They cannot be redeemed for real money. The current game does not include real-money purchases. A display currency symbol is cosmetic and does not create a monetary entitlement.
Optional ads
Where offered, rewarded ads are voluntary. Availability is not guaranteed. A bonus requires the advertising service to report an earned reward; closing or failing an ad does not qualify. Current development builds use test ads. Local save failures or interruption may prevent a reward from being retained.
Local saves
Progress is stored on your device without cloud synchronization. Clearing data, uninstalling or losing access to the device can remove progress. Please contact support before deleting app data to troubleshoot a problem.
Availability and your rights
We work to keep the website and game useful and reliable, but development builds may have bugs or interruptions. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
